Shipping Time Policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground shipping. Delivery time may take up to 1–3 business days for domestic orders once they have been dispatched.

First Class Hair is not responsible for any third-party shipping delays.

A tracking number will be provided for orders via email once your item has been shipped.

 

Shipping and Billing Address

If the shipping and billing address are not the same for your purchase, the customer will be asked for additional information to confirm the purchase—a copy of your ID and the card used to make the purchase.

 

Shipping Issues

First Class Hair is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages by delivery carriers. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
